InStep Webinar - Friday, November 16, 2018:
Influence of social factor in successful implementation of innovations in sustainable district renovationSupported by Visegrad Fund

For Webinar a Google's "Meet" application, a quiet launch of an enterprise-friendly version of "Hangouts", will be used. As it is still video conferencing application under development, some minor problems are not excluded. Therefore, it is strongly advised to get acquainted with the application prior to actual meeting.
In order to join the InStep Webinar you will be sent a unique link from our operator inviting you to participate. Simply click on the unique link, which should automatically open an access to "Meet" session. The "Meet" service says it supports high-def video meetings with up to 30 participants. Hence, in case you would like to participate and are not member of the InStep core team send a message to operator using following mail address:

martin.haburaj(et)stuba.sk

A unique link will be granted to you on the "first come first served" basis up to the utter limit.

Technical requirements:

Web:
The Google's "Meet" Service works with newer versions of Chrome or Mozilla Firefox. Once properly installed, the URL "meet.google.com" should be navigable. Should you have some problems, try add-on "Chat and Meet for Hangouts" available in the respective browser. When installed, the symbol of the add-on, in this case "Chat and Meet for Hangouts", appears somewhere next to address bar.

Mobile devices:
The Google's "Hangouts Meet" App is available at iTunes Store (not sure) or Google Play. If you are only one person, then smartphone is enough to you (it has camera, mic and keyboard for communication), even though the quality of streaming may substantially vary depending on connection. Hence, the use of computers or notebooks with inbuilt camera and high speed cable connection is highly recommended.
